Our VIVA STAAMP "La Feria" in May 2024 was a fun-filled day of learning and entertainment. Dr. Salas shared insights on allergies, asthma, and urticaria while attendees enjoyed games like Cola al Burro, Corn Hole, and Loteria. The event featured Mexican food, aguas frescas, music, and a special treat—delicious "Raspas" sponsored by one of our members.

In November 2023, we hosted a Dia de Muertos event for patients, CCM members, and families. The Provider Panel featured Dr. Dice, Dr. Villarreal, and Dr. Salas, with special appearances by our CEO Dr. Gonzalez and Consul of Mexico, Rubén Minutti. Guests enjoyed loteria, crafts, food, music, and aguas frescas while honoring loved ones.

In May 2023, we celebrated Cinco de Mayo with our CCM members, blending education and fun. We discussed spring allergies and summer urticaria, enjoyed a game of Loteria with prizes, and celebrated with traditional Mexican food, music, a photo booth, and refreshing paletas.

  • Am I eligible for STAAMP's CCM Program?

    You are eligible for the CCM program if you are a Medicare patient with two or more chronic conditions. Common qualifying conditions include asthma, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, arthritis, etc.

  • What is a Chronic Condition and why is it important?

    A condition is considered chronic when it lasts a year or more, requires ongoing medical attention or limits your daily life activities. It includes conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, mental conditions like depression and dementia and more. 


    Chronic conditions can progress rapidly, this is why prevention of complications plays an important role. This program was developed to help you manage your conditions, reduce urgent care visits, and slow down or prevent progression of the conditions allowing you to get back to the things you love. 

  • What if I have more than two chronic conditions?

    Our program supports patients with multiple chronic conditions. Your care plan will address your health needs, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.

  • How does the CCM program help me?

    The CCM program provides ongoing support for managing your health. Including regular check-ins, help with medication management, coordination with your healthcare providers, and access to valuable health resources.

  • Is there a cost associated with CCM?

    This service is covered by your Medicare Insurance. 

  • Can I still see my regular STAAMP Allergy provider?

    Absolutely! The CCM program complements the care you receive from your regular healthcare providers. We work closely with your doctors to ensure seamless and coordinated care.

  • How do I sign up?

    You can sign up by contacting our office, and we’ll guide you through the enrollment process. You can also request a consultation through our website.
